Are you looking for a dynamic Middle School youth group? Well you have come to the right place! Edge is for students in 6th-8th grade. During EDGE nights we seek to build a community of middle school peers here at St. Martha. We also want to give them an opportunity to learn about their Catholic faith and to grow in their relationship with God. These nights normally consist of dinner (after the 5pm mass on Sunday), then we have a gather activity/game, a message, small groups, and finally we end in prayer. Our hope is that this program will encourage the young church to become the Saints that God is calling them to be!
If this ministry is something that sounds appealing to you as a middle schooler (or as a parent for your child) please come and check it out! We meet throughout the school year on Sundays from 6:00PM to 8:30PM after the 5PM mass. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER BEFOREHAND TO ATTEND LIFE NIGHT. However, we do encourage everyone that attends our youth group to register online as soon as possible: Click here to register.
On another note, Edge would not function without the amazing team that helps put in on most Sundays. So if you are looking for a way to get involved and would like to serve the youth, click here to fill out a core team interest form. Core team members must be 18 years of age (or older) and must complete the safe environment requirements set by our diocese.
